Finally got around to making some stuff, made bed rails from 1/4 steel, probably a little to heavy. Used por15 for the first time, next up is a light bar with hidden leds

Is that an led third brake light in the last pics?
Excuse my ignorance, but what is por15?

por 15 is a type of paint that has no solvents, often used for chassis and hot rod builds. It's like powder coat but won't chip or even dent with a hammer, you have to desolvent and metal etch and they say it can be used right over rust, hence the name paint over rust or por
